Cancellation and Acceptance of Goods

The following Cancellation and Acceptance of Goods Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may cancel your Order in writing at any time up to the end of 30 working days after the day on which you receive the Goods. You should check the Goods for defects and non-conformity. After this time, you will have accepted the Goods.
If Calber Facilities Management Ltd., at its option, agrees to the return of the whole or part of the Order it must be in its original, unused condition with packaging, a return note, and proof of purchase. No markings should be made on the Goods or their original packaging. You may also need to pay the return costs.
If you do cancel, Calber Facilities Management Ltd. will refund your money as soon as is reasonably possible or within the following 30 days at the latest. You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession, however.
If you cancel for any other reason than the Goods being faulty or the Goods do not comply with the Contract, you must return the Goods in an unused condition and at your own cost. If you don’t return the Goods, Calber Facilities Management Ltd. may charge you the direct cost of recovering the Goods and may offset that amount against any refund due to you.
For full returns procedure, please visit the FAQ section of the Website (Visit FAQ of Cleanaer ).
